King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard will perform at Forest Hills Stadium on Friday and Saturday, August 1st & 2nd, 2025. Doors will open at 5:30 pm. The show starts at 6:30 pm. There will be two ticket options for the show: General admission for the bowl area and general admission for the pit area. Along with GA tickets, the venue is offering access to premium upgrades. VIP packages include backstage lounge access, private restrooms, private cash bar, and early floor access.
Last year, when the band played at Forest Hills Stadium, the party went on for three hours straight. Featuring a mix of psychedelic and heavy rock songs, highlighted songs included “Field of Vision,” “Nuclear Fusion,” “Dragon,” and “Hot Water.” The Australian band has a massive catalog with 27 studio albums released since the band’s inception in 2010. Their most recent release is “Phantom Island,” which came out earlier this year. Due to the large amount of music they’ve released, no two shows are ever the same.
The vibe is definitely metal at the shows, and you’ll see a lot of people sporting Gizz merch. There will be new merch sold at the show, including limited edition items you can’t find anywhere else.
Shows at Forest Hills will take place rain or shine. All bags must go through security, and you can’t bring in any over 16” x 16” x 8.” Bags will be checked, and a list of prohibited items will be available on the stadium website. There’s no parking at the stadium, so you need to use public transportation or a ride-share service to get to the show.
