Old-world resin and structure expressed through a surprisingly bright modern batch.
Hindu Kush is not the invention of one modern breeder. It is a historic landrace population
originating around the Hindu Kush mountain range across Afghanistan and Pakistan, with
related populations extending toward Tajikistan. Generations of regional farmers shaped
the resin-rich plants through traditional cultivation and hash production before travelers
carried seeds west during the 1960s and 1970s.
FLOWER
Compact, dense and heavily resin-coated - an adaptation
to a cold, demanding mountain environment. Colors range
from deep green to olive with occasional purple shading,
rust pistils and a sandy trichome layer.
AROMA + FLAVOR
Classic musk, earth, sandalwood, hash and spice. Craft
Cartel's limonene-led batch adds unusually bright citrus,
pine, sweet herbs and soft florals.
POTENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Composed and physically settling, while this brighter
terpene expression may feel clearer than a stereotypically
heavy Hindu Kush.
